  • 30% initial amount of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
  • Hotel vouchers will be issued after receiving 50% Payment complete your remaining payment on arrival at first day if Not pay on First day then you have to pay Rs 1500 Extra per day.

What CAN be Refunded:

  • Some tours may require a minimum number of travellers to operate. The affected traveller will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances.
  • Please note that the product substitute chosen by the traveller may be more expensive than the original product and therefore may be subject to an additional cost.
  • Any additional refunds based on extenuating circumstances will depends on the our travel partner.

What CANNOT be Refunded:

  • All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.
  • No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveller after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
  • Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable for tours when airfare is included in the final price.
  • Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products (admission tickets, city passes, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.

Special Notes If you wish to Cancel The Tour !

  • Advance amount/payment will not be refundable.
  • Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your signed Cancellation Request Form and travel service start date.
  • The notification day and departure day are NOT counted. E.g., If the tour departure day is Jun 4th, we receive the official cancellation request on Jun 1st, it will be counted as 2 days prior to the departure date.
  • If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 7 days, we will not change a traveller’s departure date and will not offer a refund.
  • All cancellations must be made directly with VJ Global Tour & Travels, not with Hotelier or Transporter.
  • In most cases, reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveller’s check/cashier’s check will be refunded via UPI or Online Banking. For refunds processed by UPI or Online Banking, any associated UPI or Online Banking fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
  • For refunds processed by credit card, there will be a transaction fee that will be deducted from the overall refund amount. The refund amount can also be credited directly to your account for future bookings without any transaction fee.
  • Single Day Tours/Activities*: Cancel at least 7 Days in advance of the start date of the experience for a full refund.
  • Package shown on our website i.e. https://vjglobaltour.com/ is only an idea of tour and confirmation of your bookings are subject of availability. 

Special Mentions If you containing tour.

  • The confirmation is subjects to availability.
  • Check in and checkout time as per hotel policy.  
  • Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till advance amount reflects on our account.
  • Meals Timing must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible
  • Please carry your valid identity proof card containing your photographs at it is required at the airport and during check in to hotels. Pan card is not valid identity proof so please don’t carry with you.
  • For early check in and late checkout payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
  • Check in and checkout time of most of the hotels is 2PM to 12PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the No. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.  
  • In Himachal you cannot match the facilities & services of Hotel to developed destinations. Hotels in Uttarakhand are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on. 
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Co
  • No discount will be provided after confirmation of the package.
  • Extra Bed means extra mattress

How to Cancel a Reservation

We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without email will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. Please make sure to email us for cancellation requests with your reservation number.
