Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you (the customer) make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed on Vjglobaltour.com. This agreement with help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and VJ Global Tour. By becoming a Vjglobaltour.com customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto. VJ Global Tour has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice.
Your Eligibility : You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use Vjglobaltour.com only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Your Responsibility : Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc. And you herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.
Once you have completed your reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date.
Standard Reservation Process and E-Ticket/Booking Voucher
- Immediately after submitting your reservation/order, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation by email/WhatsApp. This Receipt of Reservation does not guarantee seat availability.
- Within one to two business days of submitting payment for your reservation/order, you will be notified via email of your reservation`s confirmation.
- An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email after we confirm your reservation and all requirements and arrangements have been finalized for your tour.
- Simply print out your E-Ticket/ Booking Voucher and present it with your valid photo ID at the check-in desk on the day of your arrival. VJ Global Tour advises you to call the local tour operator like transporter or hotelier to reconfirm your booking information and schedule before your departure.
Travel Insurance : VJ Global Tour strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. VJ Global Tour does not currently offer any travel insurance you can book them by yourself at your personal expanse. VJ Global Tour shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that VJ Global Tour will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against VJ Global Tour and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives. VJ Global Tour suggests that due to the Cancellation Policy for your tour and the unexpected events that can possibly occur, your party would benefit from purchasing Travel Insurance for your reservation.
Tour Amendments and Cancellation : We will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, we reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and cancelling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group.
Language: Tours are escorted by Hindi or English or bi- or multi-lingual tour guide and/or driver guides (If you Included one). In order to meet the language needs of the majority of passengers on a tour coach, tours and/or languages may be combined to enable operation of the tours. You have the responsibility to inform us of your language needs when you book the tour online.
Passports and Visas: You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. VJ Global Tour cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.
You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. VJ Global Tour will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.
Pricing, Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy: Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of Indian Rupee (INR). Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation. Further details about VJ Global Tour’s cancellation and refund practices are described in Refund and Returns Policy. VJ Global Tour’s Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that you have read and approve of all its content before making an online reservation.
Offers: Offers are provided and confirmed only on an availability basis. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 30 before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a 10% of tour cost. Cancellations within seven days of tour departure date are subject to the Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

VJ Global Tour’s Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that you have read and approve of all its content before making your online reservation.
Medical Conditions, Pregnancy and Travel : If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand VJ Global Tour or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.
Disabilities and Travel: We embrace all people, regardless of colours or physical conditions. One of our goals is to provide free access and expand travel opportunities for people with special needs in the India and abroad. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population; however, yet, not all the travel products we currently offer include special accommodations. You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. VJ Global Tour is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided per your request.

Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims : This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Himachal Pradesh, without reference to conflicts of law rules. As a condition of the use of the VJ Global Tour website and service, you (the Customer) agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Shimla Himachal Pradesh (India) and therefore agree to file any grievance or suit of any kind exclusively in the courts located within the Himachal. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. VJ Global Tour’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating or constituting a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between VJ Global Tour and the product providers or between VJ Global Tour and any other of its Corporate Partners. Neither the product providers nor any Corporate Partner shall have the ability to create any obligation on VJ Global Tour’s behalf. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and VJ Global Tour with respect to the use of Vjglobaltour.com.
